Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for my time and all clients, I understand that life happens. If you’re unable to make your appointment, I kindly ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.
Due to limited space, I am unable to accommodate any extra guests or pets.
Late Policy:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time, or you may be asked to reschedule. This ensures I can stay on schedule and provide the best experience for every guest.
